Shipping Cost Overview for Germany, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, and Switzerland¹ (plus customs fees):

  • Orders over €1,500: Free shipping (excluding special sizes).
  • Standard Shipping: €79.90
  • Special Size Shipping: Additional €198.90
  • Express Delivery: €179.90 (not available for special sizes)
  • Postal/Parcel Service: Free (e.g., cleaning products, care products, small accessories)

Standard Shipping:

Your order will be handed over to a freight carrier and delivered by arrangement.  This is generally delivered to curbside. The carrier will contact you by phone, email, or SMS to arrange and coordinate delivery. Unfortunately, tracking information is not available for freight shipping.

Special Size Shipping:

Some products cannot be transported by parcel service or with freight shipping using a lift gate due to their size, length, or weight. This includes all products longer than 2.41 m (e.g., terraces, facades, etc.) and particularly bulky items (e.g., garden furniture, seating sets, pre-assembled privacy elements, etc.).

These bulky pallets require special handling during warehouse loading and transport, leading to higher costs. Express delivery is not available for special size products. Need your goods urgently? Email us at logistik@trumerholz.com.

For special sizes, direct shipping is necessary to ensure safe delivery. These orders (e.g., decking boards, façade slats, etc.) will be handed over to a freight carrier and delivered by arrangement.

 

Special sizes are generally delivered free on truck (not unloaded), as goods over 2.41 m cannot be unloaded with a lift gate for technical reasons. The recipient is responsible for unloading, and the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Ensure that at least two helpers be present at the scheduled delivery time.

Click & Collect:

You can also pick up your order in our Perwang and Thalgau locations. Choose the "pick up at the timber market" shipping option. As a special service, we can lend you a trailer by arrangement (note: an additional license is required due to the trailer's size). No shipping costs apply for pickup.
