  • Is it possible to pick up the ordered products myself?
    Many of our customers pick up their order directly from us to save on transport costs. For larger orders, we ask you to organize a suitable means of transport. In special cases, we are also happy to lend you our bus or trailer for transport - after prior arrangement (due to the size of the trailer, you will need additional qualifications).

  • Can I order samples?

     Yes, you can. Here you can go to our sample shop , where you can then select your samples.
  • Can I view the products in the showroom/show garden?
    You are welcome to visit us at any time in Perwang in our unique showroom and show garden or in our showroom in Thalgau. At both locations you can get to know our products, touch them, feel them and experience them live. ‍

    We are there for you at both locations: ‍
    Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and in Thalgau also on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • Which countries do we deliver to?
    We deliver our products to Austria, Germany, Italy and Switzerland. We are happy to try to find an individual solution for orders outside these countries. Please send us your request via our contact form , by email shop@trumerholz. c om or call +43 6217 2900320.
  • How and where can I find Trumer wood?

     You can find us in Palting in Upper Austria - in the heart of the Trumer Lakes area. Or just outside Salzburg in Thalgau. You can find the exact directions here or on our homepage under Contact & Directions . Experience a stress-free shopping experience with ample parking and a spacious and clearly laid out showroom area.

  • Who should I contact if I would like to receive specific pricing information?

  • How does the product price calculation per square meter work?
Our products are initially priced at a package price and
then converted to the price per square meter and accordingly in the product

included sqm. So you can always decide for yourself how much you want to order

  • How are Trumer Holz products delivered?

    After consultation, we deliver our products locally ourselves or work with reliable shipping and delivery companies. You are also welcome to collect your order directly from us.

  • Do I have to assemble these myself?

     Whether the products are already assembled, what you need for assembly or whether we can help you with assembly - you can find out in the respective product description.   • I'm not sure how best to lay the decking on my patio? Which direction should I lay it? How should I fasten it? Who can help me here?
