The beauty rescuers from Trumer Holz in action
Wooden floor cosmetics – the right care for your wooden floor
Wood is like our skin - both begin to age over time, sooner or later there will be signs of wear, scratches or small imperfections on the surface.
But with the right care, you can enjoy your floor or furniture (and of course your skin) for a long time. Similar to skin care, our Beauty Rescuer team also approaches floor care.
The mission: Bring a floor and a wooden table back to life!
Step 1: Unevenness is leveled out
Small unevenness such as chips or cracks, which can be caused by room air that is too dry, are made virtually invisible. Even larger imperfections can be smoothed out with the right equipment.
Step 2: Clarify and clean
Before the floor or wooden furniture is oiled, care must be taken to clean it properly. Similar to a peeling, the wood is sanded evenly if there is any coarser contamination so that the different color variations of the wood are not subsequently reproduced.
Step 3: Final Finish
Finally, a two-component oil on a natural basis follows, which refreshes the surface and gives it a new shine.
The floor looks like it looks 20 again and all without Botox. If only it were that easy with the skin.
It's just like that - youth passes, the soil remains.
